Senior SAP Specialist

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Full time Senior SAP Specialist to join a exciting Healthcare company in Barcelona. This role involves managing, coordinating, and providing deep technical support for SAP systems, with a key focus on SAP S4/HANA FIORI, SAP BW, SAP GTS, and SAP GRC Access Control.

Required Experience:
Extensive experience with SAP S4/HANA FIORI and SAP GRC Access Control.
Proven ability to manage and lead a small team (2-3 members) for smaller projects.
Strong governance, management, and coordination skills.
Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and managing vendors.
Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 SAP specialists.
Plan, coordinate, and execute small to medium-sized SAP projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and resource efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and support.
Provide L3 deep tech support for complex SAP issues.
Implement and oversee SAP GRC Access Control solutions to automate user access control within SAP systems.
Ensure governance and compliance across all SAP-related activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.
