- Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup
- Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales planning Tool tool and its related processes
- Reduce short-term workload in the organization by addressing firefighting activities
- Proactively seek improvement areas in processes and systems to drive efficiency and data quality
- Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales planning Tool (P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability, etc.)
- Ensure that processes in the context of the Sales planning Tool are implemented and executed as aligned (promo planning, trade term input)
- Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM/Finance to manage service providers accordingly
- Experience in managing sales tools and related processes
- Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces involved, and data needed
- Familiarity with the Acumen tool and its functionalities
- Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales/KAM workflows
- Attention to detail and a thorough working style with a focus on long-term impact of decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management skills

This position is vacant from the 1st of March 2025 and is located in our german based offices. The position is limited for 12 months.
