Our client is a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation startup, they are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager.

With a high volume of inbound leads and a fast-paced, innovative environment, they need a skilled closer to turn opportunities into lasting client relationships.

This role is office based, Monday - Thursday and you have the option to work from home on Friday (working hours: Mon - Thu 8.30am - 5pm, and Fri 8.30am - 2.30pm).

Our client has a smart casual dress code and they offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

What You ll Do:

  • Close client meetings with warm, inbound leads.
  • Manage the initial sales process, securing deals and ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team for ongoing relationship building.
  • Occasionally develop your own business leads, though most will come through our lead pipeline.
  • Collaborate with our team to refine sales strategies and enhance results.

What They Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Starting at £30k base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £70k - £100k.
  • Generous Commission Structure: Earn 10% on all sales up to £20k/month and 15% on all sales above £20k/month.
  • Inbound Leads: We generate a significant volume of leads, so you ll spend your time closing deals, not prospecting.
  • Work-Life Balance: Work Monday to Thursday in the office (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and enjoy Fridays working from home with shorter hours (8:30 AM to 2:00 PM).
