SENIOR REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGER - Data Center expansion, electrical life cycle, construction experience

This is a contract position for a leading financial firm which is expanding greatly across their data centre division.
This is a long term contract - also with the view to extend.

Location - Madrid (On site 3 times a week)
Contract - until end of 2026
Languages - Spanish and English (well)
Rate: dependent on skills and experiences

Real Estate Management
> 7 years

The candidate must combine his/her expertise with senior project management capabilities, being highly structured in work approach and methodology, possess sound project management skills, demonstrate high commitment to reaching agreed goals, and have excellent stakeholder management competencies and strong communication skills.
