Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior QuantitySurveyor to join our Eastern & Midlands Construction team basedon site in Waterbeach, Cambridge.

What will you be responsiblefor?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll beworking within the Commercial team, supporting them on a wide rangeof projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure,public sector and more.

Your day to day willinclude:

• Provide commercial input includingfinancial and contractual performance forecasts to the managementteam. Help ensure that business targets and KPI's areexceeded
• Preparation of monthly cost / value reports for area,together with review of results and consideration of trends withother contract team members
• Production ofcommercial reports together with review of results andconsideration of trends with other contract teammembers
• Physical measurement of works and agreement of same withclient and subcontractors
• Agreement ofcertification and payment of subcontractor accounts - monitoring ofsuch accounts against forecasts

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor isgreat for you if:

• Holder of a Full UKDrivers Licence
• Educated to Degree level, orequivalent experience
• Experience within a similarrole
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Officein particular Excel
