Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor - Bromsgrove - Severn Trent Water Projects - Hybrid Working Managing contractual and financial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets and cash flow forecasts Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely payment processing Performing risk analysis and identifying potential cost savings or value engineering opportunities Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation, contract negotiations and final account agreements Monitoring project progress, variations and claims as well as providing regular reports to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:Previous experience in quantity surveying within the water (preferred) or civil sectors, utilising NEC form of contracts Good working knowledge of contract conditions Proficiency in preparing and reviewing cost estimates, budgets and financial reports Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence.
