You will be assigned to one of the business areas listed in the Functional Accountabilities section of the role profile; namely:

In addition to the day-to-day requirements of your role, you may also have management responsibilities. If you have not worked as a manager previously, we will support you to develop the necessary skills.

You should be confident explaining accounting issues in a readily understandable way to colleagues outside the finance profession.With strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
You should be an excellent communicator with the ability to tailor your communication style to your audience, interpreting complex financial information and making it accessible to all key stakeholders.Who is confident taking the lead with your work to deliver against tight deadlines, but who is also keen to collaborate with others, building strong stakeholder networks and maintaining positive relationships.Memberships:Candidates must hold full CCAB or CIMA membership.Additional Information:Applications will be accepted from full time/part time/job sharers.
