Senior Project Manager - Construction Developer

You will be joining a young and knowledgeable team of construction and development consultants, that offer a full turnkey service from design through to construction using their in-house skilled tradesmen. They offer a number of services that range from residential and commercial conversions, HMO conversations and education and maintenance projects ranging in value from up to £3 million. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team and hit the ground running.

Day to day responsibilities include

• Coordinating and managing a team built up of Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
• Liaising with subcontractors.
• Planning, developing and executing projects.
• Communicating with stakeholders.
• Reporting on project progress.
• Take the lead on maintaining control of every aspect (delivery, cost control, contract administration)

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have

• 10+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Have experience working in the residential, education and commercial sectors (Advantageous)
• Have experience working on refurbishment projects (Advantageous)
