Role: Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote across Europe

We're currently partnered with an innovative start-up disrupting the insurance industry by providing a better solution that ensures customers don't overpay and know exactly what cover they're paying for.

Having received recent seed funding they are now looking for an experienced Product Designer to raise the bar and to take design from 0-1. They are looking for an autonomous designer who can drive new ideas to solve problems in an industry that is currently outdated. They really see design as their differentiator in the market. They are looking for someone who can completely own the design life cycle, working closely with an excellent CoFounder & CPO.

As their first Product Design hire, you'll be instrumental in designing and constructing products with a great impact. With them being a small team you will be expected to make decisions and execute quickly, ensuring you keep up to date with new design trends.

What they're looking for?

• Lead the entire product design process, from discovery to final UI iterations.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A willingness to work on broader design work 20% of the time. Due to being the sole designer, there may be a need to work on landing pages, advertisements etc.
• Experience designing for early stage Marketplace Platforms and/or Checkout/Booking platforms.
