Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist - Troubleshooting (f/m/d)

In your new role you will:

• Provide technical support to provision, troubleshoot and resolvehardware, software and configuration issue on network infrastructure for LAN, WLAN, WAN, NAC, Firewal
• Day to day operation tasks such as resolve incident tickets and change requests
• Perform preventive maintenance and performance tuning in network infrastructure
• Document operational processes and procedures
• Liaise with application groups on various projects and other system support requirements
• Participates in projects and new setups like site expansion Projects- define and provision network design active & passive networkinfrastructure
• Provide oncall support
• Working in a team with local experts and in a global virtual team

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Network equivalent experience preferred
• 3 years of network experience preferred
• Knowledge of Network and IT Standards, concepts & technology
• CCNA or CCNP Certification will be an advantage
• Must be able to read, write and speak German & English fluently, including technical concepts and terminology
