THE OPPORTUNITY:

THE ROLE:
- Lead product development from late-stage prototyping through to mass production
- Drive DFM/DFA optimization and production engineering
- Collaborate with international manufacturing partners
- Own the technical documentation and production specifications
- Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10-15 years' product development experience
- Strong track record of shipping consumer hardware products
- Expert-level SolidWorks capabilities
- Deep understanding of DFMA and DFMEA methodologies
- Proven experience working with Asian manufacturers
- Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- Experience with household appliances or similar consumer products
- Expertise in fluid systems (pumps, valves) and thermal management
- Knowledge of international compliance requirements
- Experience bringing products to the North American market
