Join Global Enterprise Partners as a Senior Manager, Membership Strategy & Program Development

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Membership Strategy & Program Development for a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an innovative project focused on enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.

The Position:

We are looking for a strategic thinker to lead the design and execution of a new membership program. Your role will involve developing strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the program's success from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Vision: Formulate a forward-looking vision for the membership & loyalty program in collaboration with the Director, Membership.
  • Membership Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of member behaviors and identify key areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address these areas, integrating them into the program roadmap.
  • Program Roadmap: Convert the vision and strategy into actionable plans, including program benefits, rewards, structures, and omnichannel experiences.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular research and benchmarking against top-performing programs, sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a business owner for member experiences and journey development, providing strategic insights and analysis.
  • Reporting: Work with the Member Insights & Tech Operations teams to provide mid-to-long-term reporting and analysis to inform program design and strategies.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Director with strategic and tactical projects, continuously developing use cases for the membership program.
  • Technical Coordination: Engage in discussions regarding technical requirements to ensure seamless implementation.

Desired Skills and Job Requirements:

  • 6 plus years of experience in a fast-paced, international environment, preferably with experience in retail, digital, or creative industries.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in membership marketing or loyalty programs is a must.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Comfortable discussing business needs, numbers, and forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly get up to speed with stakeholders.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid
  • Collaborate with retail, E-commerce, tech departments, and more.
  • Start Date: December 2024
  • End Date: May 30, 2025 with the possibility to extend
