Position: Senior Legal Solutions Engineer

About the Role: As a Senior Legal Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Innovate and Implement: Evaluate technical feasibility, gather requirements, and craft bespoke legal tech solutions.
  • Embrace AI & Emerging Tech: Integrate AI tools, offering strategic advice on their benefits and potential risks.
  • Educate and Empower: Train and support your peers in mastering legal tech tools, while mentoring junior team members.
  • Lead Governance & Drive Innovation: Develop SOPs and champion the innovative use of cutting-edge technology.
  • Engage with Clients: Impress our clients by showcasing our legal tech prowess during pitches.

Experience and Knowledge:

Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience creating custom solutions on platforms like HighQ and BRYTER.
  • Deep understanding of legal documents, processes, and workflows.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and project management.
  • Ability to demystify tech solutions for non-tech audiences.
  • Collaborative spirit with stellar communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms (CoPilot Studio, PowerBi, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Broad IT skill set, including SQL.
  • Familiarity with the Design Thinking Framework.
  • Previous experience in a law firm setting.
