With our new Design for Life strategy, we are embarking on the next chapter in our 270 years strong history of social impact, with a range of interventions to unite people and ideas to turn world changing ideas into world changing actions.

The Opportunity

We re looking for a Senior Learning Designer to help us achieve real impact by leading on the inception, design, development and delivery of inclusive, impactful, and systems-shifting online, blended and in-person learning experiences that deliver on .

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

About You

What we look for in a successful Senior Learning Designer candidate:

  • Excellent knowledge of learning design and multimedia learning content design with the confident capability to apply it effectively in practice.
  • A strong understanding of the education and lifelong learning policy and practice landscape both formal and non-formal particularly in the UK.
  • Good understanding of curriculum design and assessment frameworks and the challenges and opportunities that hybrid and face-to-face delivery bring to teaching and learning.
  • Experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and participants from children and entrepreneurs to communities and businesses.
