Your new role
Case Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of insolvency cases, from pre-appointment to closure.
Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into directors' and debtors' conduct, attending interviews with directors, bankrupts, and other relevant parties.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre- and post-appointment, liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases.
Meetings: Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders, acting as a key point of contact.
Claims and Queries: Handle claims and queries from creditors, and manage the process of declaring dividends.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications: ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified.
Experience: Insolvency experience is highly desirable. You must be confident in managing asset valuations and realisations independently.
Skills: Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress. Must be an experienced case handler.
