Job Description

About The Role:

We are working with a large, globally recognised architecture practice, celebrated for its collaborative approach and innovative solutions across a wide range of sectors. They're looking for an experienced, organised, and highly interpersonal Senior HR Advisor to join their London office.

Reporting to the oversees CPO you will be solely responsible for overseeing the full UK HR function, supporting payroll, recruitment, employee training, and leading company initiatives to further develop the growing company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR function for the UK group of offices
  • Manage performance, salary reviews and training initiatives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, attending to any issues and requests
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders and regional office management to help improve structure and culture
  • Work in unison with the global HR team to develop company initiatives
  • Manage employee engagement, wellbeing and leadership programmes
  • Oversee international employee transfers, supporting with visas and relocation
  • Research and implement new initiatives and processes
  • Data input for monthly payroll
  • Oversee the HR database ensuring it's up to date and accurate at all times

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR generalist role, ideally with a multi-site exposure
  • Previous experience supporting with payroll input
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Approachable and compassionate
  • Able to work independently and a confident decision maker
