Working in a team of 4, you will be providing HR Advise to a head count of around 200 in the central London office. You will deliver HR Generalist advise to managers and employees across your business area covering the full employee life cycle. You will ensure that all cyclical activities are delivered and continuously look to improve processes and deliver a sound advisory service.Duties will include:
Recruitment & onboarding - You must expereicne of managign gthe full recrutiment cycle and this will be 50% of your role.
Employee Relations
Offboarding
Payroll - You must have experience of processing payroll
Performance Management
KPI's Management of Information
Employment Engagement
Learning & Development
What you'll need to succeed
You will already be operating as an HR Advisor
Have experience of the full recruitment process
Considerable knowledge of the payroll process
