Salary: £60,000 - £68,000

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior Head of Principal Giving to join the amazing Philanthropy team at The King s Trust. This is a career defining role for a passionate Philanthropy leader looking to step into an exceptional national charity and have a transformational impact on young people.

As Senior Head of Principal Gifts, not only will you be influencing and securing high-value transformational gifts, but you will also be a key catalyst in the next phase of an ambitious 50 th anniversary campaign, guiding the Campaign Board with an aim to raise £150m across core funding and endowment.

To be successful as the Senior Head of Principal Giving, you will need:

• Significant experience working with senior-level volunteers/boards to secure philanthropic gifts
• Demonstrable strategic experience, leading and inspiring a team in a target-driven environment
• A track record of securing 7-figure + gifts
