Job Description
AUFGABEN
- Developing and aligning compensation objectives with the business strategy and global practices
- Supporting annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and equitable salary changes
- Supporting total rewards strategy, executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan queries and management
- Providing guidance on compensation topics to both regional HR representatives and business leaders, including market and industry trends
- Ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards across the organization
- Maintaining a global grading system (Willis Towers Watson) to support the organizational structure
- Partnering with Finance and Controlling
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5-7 years of in-depth professional experience in compensation in an international company
- Expert knowledge on special topics like job architecture, job leveling, and pay practices in key markets, as well as compensation planning tools and other state-of-the-art C&B tools
- Strong knowledge of HR topics, including performance management, payroll, compensation elements and a good understanding of controlling and finance topics
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability for detail orientation without losing sight of the big picture
- Growth mindset paired with a strong self-initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner, communicate and engage effectively with senior management
- Fluency in written and spoken English
