Job Description
AUFGABEN
  • Developing and aligning compensation objectives with the business strategy and global practices
  • Supporting annual salary planning to ensure cost-effective and equitable salary changes
  • Supporting total rewards strategy, executive compensation, short- and long-term incentive plan queries and management
  • Providing guidance on compensation topics to both regional HR representatives and business leaders, including market and industry trends
  • Ensuring cost-efficient and market-driven compensation procedures and standards across the organization
  • Maintaining a global grading system (Willis Towers Watson) to support the organizational structure
  • Partnering with Finance and Controlling
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5-7 years of in-depth professional experience in compensation in an international company
  • Expert knowledge on special topics like job architecture, job leveling, and pay practices in key markets, as well as compensation planning tools and other state-of-the-art C&B tools
  • Strong knowledge of HR topics, including performance management, payroll, compensation elements and a good understanding of controlling and finance topics
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability for detail orientation without losing sight of the big picture
  • Growth mindset paired with a strong self-initiative to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner, communicate and engage effectively with senior management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
