Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be essential in supporting the Finance function, ensuring seamless processing of invoices, payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and models. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support for Management Accounts
• Handling transactional support and purchase ledger management
• Conducting supplier statement reconciliations and managing expenses
• Assisting with month-end tasks and Payroll Assistance

Additionally, you will contribute to ad hoc analysis, support the wider finance team and stakeholders, and help develop and improve systems and processes. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial activities.
What you'll need to succeed

A highly organised, efficient, and self-sufficient individual with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Proven interest in enhancing and developing systems and procedures to optimise efficiency.

Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining accuracy while managing high volumes of transactions.

Strong prioritisation skills, capable of meeting deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with effective communication skills, able to work seamlessly with colleagues across departments.

Proficient in Excel and comfortable with IT systems, with a quick ability to learn new software.
