They offer training and support through relevant qualifications to upskill employees and tackle the employment shortages in the facilities management industry.The Role:- Report to the account director in regard to profit and loss of the account as well as lead and direct project to maintain and develop profitability of the business.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients for optimum commercial success, through key account management skills.
- Liaise with Project Director to create annual business plans for the contract.
- Management of sub-contractors in line with company procedure.

The person:- Leadership and people management skills
- Project management experience and string commercial knowledge
- Technical background in any trade
