Job Description

50% on-site in brussels, 50% remote working

Must be based in brussels.

As a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and understanding the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints. This position is designed for those who are passionate about improving customer experiences and boosting digital business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Challenge business needs in terms of tagging requirements, defining clear objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics
  • Develop and implement a tagging strategy in collaboration with Frontend developers
  • Create detailed User Stories for Frontend developers.
  • Build comprehensive reports and monitor KPIs and supporting metrics
  • Conduct various analyses for continuous improvement based on quantitative analytics.
  • Present analytical results through compelling storytelling with data to diverse audiences
  • Foster a data-driven mindset within the organisation, supporting stakeholders with data and analytical insights.
  • Ensure close project follow-up, coordinating with multiple squads and participating in agile ceremonies

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is mandatory.
  • Experience with Content Square, Adobe Target, and Tableau Software is preferable.
  • Ability to translate objectives into KPIs and supporting metrics.
  • Capability to create a tagging strategy plan based on objectives.
  • Proficiency in telling an engaging story with data.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • Ability to present technical analyses clearly to a business audience.
