Job Description

Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with the a national charity o help them recruit for a Senior Corporate & Employment Partnerships Executive to join their team. The organisation is a leading charity working with refugees and people seeking asylum in the UK. Founded in 1951 following the creation of the UN Refugee Convention, they exist to support and empower people who have fled conflict, violence and persecution in order to rebuild their lives here in the UK. They work with over 14,000 women, men and children each year who are desperately seeking safety.

The role is offered on a permanent flexible full-time basis with a salary of £39,741 to £42,861 per annum with flexible hybrid working or remote working options between home and their Stratford office.

The Corporate & Employment Partnerships Team have great existing six figure funder relationships, including with major companies. The postholder will respond to enquiries from new corporate and employment partners; develop and manage relationships and funding opportunities for the organisation's work. They will lead on their own portfolio of prospects for corporate and employment to secure new partnerships. The post holder will support the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships with the application/approach/bid/pitch process of corporate opportunities with a value of six figures.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of corporate partnerships and/or major donor fundraising, high value partnerships, working at a value of £25,000 plus. They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience of researching and identifying new business corporate opportunities and/or major donor prospect/ and or prospects for your sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the issues affecting refugees and people seeking asylum and knowledge of the UK employment landscape.
