Job Description

Senior Commercial Manager/Senior Procurement Manager/Senior Contract Manager/Principal Category Manager

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to work in the defence sector.

Location: Hybrid working - Reading

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Commercial/Procurement/Category Management background, with the following skills/experience:

  • Experience in Public sector End-to-end Procurement experience
  • Experience in Category Management & Category Strategies within the Defence, Nuclear or Central Government.
  • Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management & Contract Management
  • Experience in Procurement Act 2023 & PCR 2015
  • NEC Contract knowledge Option A, C and E or any equivalent contracts
  • Nuclear Waste services/Nuclear facilities management would be beneficial
