Located in the picturesque and historic area of South Lanarkshire, our luxury 75-bed care home provides residential, dementia, nursing, and respite care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead and support our night team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. Your leadership will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and compassionate atmosphere in our home.

What You'll Do? Lead the Night Team - Oversee and support care staff, ensuring a smooth-running shift? Deliver High-Quality Care - Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines? Administer Medication - Manage, document, and oversee medication processes? Person-Centred Approach - Uphold dignity, independence, and wellbeing in every interaction? Team Leadership - Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to your team? Documentation & Compliance - Keep care plans and risk assessments up to date? Respond to Emergencies - Act swiftly and professionally to ensure resident safety

What We Offer? £13.60 per hour (Full time or Part Time contract)? Shift: 8PM - 8AM (Full-time & part-time contracts available)? £500 Welcome Bonus (£250 after 3 months, £250 after 6 months)? What We're Looking For?SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or actively working towards it)? Medication administration training & competency? Strong leadership skills - Ability to guide, support, and motivate a team? A compassionate and person-centred approach
