Job Description

Working as a SeniorCare Assistant you will support the running of the overall careteam and work with others across the shift to ensure continuity ofservices to our residents. You will create a welcoming,supportive and stimulating environment and build relationships withboth residents and their families. As one of the largesthealthcare providers in the UK it's important to us to couple greatcare with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.

As a Senior Care Assistant you willbe:

  • Responsible fordelivering a high quality of care and providing support andguidance to the care team and leading by example
  • Reviewing and updating care plans ensuring they meetsresidents needs and wishes
  • Planning andreviewing staff rota's to ensure care support is available at alltimes
  • Promoting high standards of care byensuring you deliver exceptional care duties and all staff aresupervised appropriately and shifts run smoothly andefficiently
  • Ensuring all areas across the CareHome are kept clean, tidy and pleasant for all residents and familymembers
  • Communicating professional and warmlywith visitors, family members and other health careprofessionals
  • Promoting the Home in aprofessional manner and raise awareness of the Home within thelocal community

Our Senior Care Assistants must hold a minimumof NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and can evidence workingin a health care environment
