Senior Business Analyst

London - Hybrid

Full time - Permanent

I am currently working with a leading insurance platform that has seen impressive growth over the last year. Their success is due to the cutting-edge platform they use to streamline insurance operations and improve customer services, leading to increased efficiency and profitability for their clients. This client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team to quickly be assigned to a client and work on integrating the platform and looking at ways of improving their claims process.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Experience working in a software house, vendors, insurance brokers or MGA's
  • Strong understanding of the London insurance market and the end-to-end life-cycle of insurance
  • Strong knowledge of the claims life-cycle
  • System's knowledge for Policy Admin Systems (PAS), IBA, claims management - essential
  • Understanding of the software development life-cycle and the role of a BA within this
  • Ability to work within an Agile environment is key
  • Manage planning of requirement workshops and other project meetings
  • Understanding of the importance of operating in a product-led approach to implementation
