Project Description:
The purpose of the project is to modernize the existing application PricingEngine to ensure its future operational capability.

Tasks (independently executed):

Perform the upgrade from Scala 2.12 to Scala 3 and from Java 8 to Java 21, based on your own knowledge and experience.
Replace and version the existing libraries/dependencies during the Java/Scala upgrade, considering the project goals and requirements provided by the client in advance, based on your own knowledge and experience.
Integrate the Swagger interface.
Restructure the existing application into smaller, more flexible modules.
Revise and modernize the Azure build pipelines (DevOps).
Present the key changes and achieved improvements in online meetings for client approval.

Skills:
Must have:

• English
• Backend developer
• JAVA (8-21)/SCALA (2.12 to Scala 3) software developer experience
• DevOps experience
• Swagger experience
  Azure

Nice to have:

• German
