You must have senior manager experience in a medium sized practice working SME's. You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified. You'll have strong technical knowledge, eg UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS and ISA's. You'll be RI qualified or will have obtained RI status within 12 months.
