Gearing up to celebrate its 100th year in 2026, serving London's East End and Tower Hamlets, the organisation is now looking for an inspiring and dynamic strategic asset management individuals at both director and head of level. As members of the executive and senior leadership teams, you will lead the strategic asset management and development functions to ensure that Gateway fully embeds its approach to strategic asset management, uses data effectively, enhances its commitment to building safety and lead the organisation's net zero strategy. This role is critical to ensuring that Gateway remains at the forefront of industry good practice. You will also lead Development and Sales teams, overseeing Gateway's development projects and strategic development partnerships. These roles will lead on fire safety, building safety and compliance activity. The Head of Strategic Asset Management takes on the guardianship of Gateway's Asset Management Strategy and asset data to influence, shape and plan investment strategic priorities.

The roles require strong and collaborative leaders who can deliver successful change and improve services. Working with your colleagues across Gateway, you will create a culture which puts residents first and is proactive, responsive and inclusive. Using your influencing and communication skills, you'll work with stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes against demanding objectives.
