This varied role will give the successful candidate significant exposure to the ECD Bereavement Services and Certificated Dealing client environment.This is a full time, flexi role, with a requirement to attend the Worthing office for at least 3 days per week.Equiniti Corporate Dealing (ECD) is a Middle Office department, managing multiple products.
- Bereavement transactions for introducing intermediaries
- Certificated transactions for Corporate employees
- Bespoke Share Plan Dealing Corporate accounts
- IPO Selling Shareholders and Secondary Placings
- Corporate Employee Benefit Trusts and Corporate/Institutional clients
- High Net Worth clients
- The role will focus on trade order placement, trade settlement, FX and cash payment for our bespoke Bereavement services and Certificated Dealing products
- The successful candidate will be required to undertake end-to-end functions for both products, including;
- Receipt/placement of client trade/FX orders
- Validation of client documents and shareholdings
- Onboarding of Client Accounts on Mac/Xanite/Sirius systems
- Client reporting and communication
- Dematerialisation of physical securities & assets transfers into Crest
- Settlement of market and FX transactions
- Client Cash payments and query resolution
- Dividend collection
- Reconciliation clearance
- Have solid knowledge of your current discipline, gained through job-related training and work experience.
- An awareness of Regulatory directives, including COBS and CASS rules
- Be able to work independently within established procedures and practices, undertaking BAU work across both products
- Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
- An intermediate knowledge level of Excel
- Adopt a flexible approach to working hours when volumes dictate.
- Be an integral part of the team, working in conjunction with the Manager to achieve department goals.
- Seek to grow and share understanding through osmosis.
