Senior Account Manager - Healthcare Marketing Consultancy

We have a new role for a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director, c£50,000 - 55,000, hybrid working in Hampshire. It's for an independent healthcare marketing and strategy consultancy and they want a senior account manager or associate account director from a healthcare communications agency background who can run workshops, manage clients and train and develop more junior staff.

The consultancy has been founded by pharmaceutical marketing and strategy experts and is phenomenally successful. The new senior account manager or associate account director will be part of the business, not just an employee, so you need to be keen to help shape the agency and to take ownership of your workstreams and choose the direction you want to take your career in.

The work includes devising the whole strategic brand plan for pharmaceutical companies, bespoke training in marketing and strategy, thought leadership in rare diseases and cross functional workshops.
