SEND Education Recruitment Consultant

We are excited to announce the opening of a new Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team, and we are looking for driven, passionate individuals to join us as Education Recruitment Consultants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside our experienced Education Consultants to develop customer service, business, and recruitment skills.
  • Use your knowledge of SEND Education (or relevant experience in a sales environment) to make an immediate impact.
  • Build relationships with schools, teachers, and other educational professionals to understand their staffing needs. (By having face to face meeting with schools and educators)
  • Take ownership of recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring high-quality service for both schools and candidates.
  • Learn, innovate, and inspire in a collaborative environment, developing both technical and practical skills.

  • Previous experience in SEND education or a sales-related environment would be beneficial, with transferable skills to succeed in recruitment.

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home option.

Salary Range: £32,000 - £37,500 based on experience

Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators

  • Talent Sourcing: Attract, onboard, and market exceptional specialist SEND educators, fostering professional relationships to support their career growth and objectives.
  • Business Development: broadening the network of schools we can support with specialist SEND educators through sales calls, networking & lead generation.
  • Job Management: Managing day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach.
  • Organisation & Communication: Facilitating interviews and negotiating with clients and educators to obtain the best outcome for all stakeholders
