Aspart of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunityfor an SEN Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team at 3Dimensions School. We have undergone a really exciting periodof growth, which is due to continue into 2025. We envisageexciting opportunities for our Staff going forward within ourorganisation!
Salary: £22,300.00 per annum (notpro-rata)
Contract: Permanent,Term Time only
Hours: 40hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to locationyou must be able to drive.

As aSEN Teaching Assistant, you will connect directly with thebrilliant pupils we care for, helping to make sure they get thevery best from their education. Each individual has so muchpotential, and they will rely on you to guide their learningjourneys.
You will help prepare learningmaterials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-onexperience and some supervision too. You will take responsibilityfor their emotional and physical needs, supporting them to developas individuals and engage with the world.
Supporting pupils with complex needs is important andrewarding work, and you will benefit from the tremendous supportoffered by our hugely experienced teams. As you help our pupilsachieve real and significant progress, you will enjoy having adirect, positive impact on their developing lives.
Who we are looking for
You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety ofclassroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individualneed. Taking a responsive and caring approach, you may be runningclassroom activities, leading outdoor experiences or supervisingpupils as they explore further afield.

You'll work 80% of yourcontractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to dothe things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successfulcompletion of probation and is not a contractualbenefit
