- Assist with managing students' behavioural and learning challenges
- A 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology or a relevant field from a Top UK University is essential
- Previous experience with children, ideally in a SEN setting
- Strong communication skills and excellent behaviour management abilities
- Confidence in supporting students with challenging behaviour and learning difficulties
- A patient, compassionate, and child-focused approach to education
