Security Transformation Consultant - NIS2/CyFun/DORA - French Speaking

We are seeking an experienced Security Transformation Consultant to join our leading customer on a full-time, freelance basis with an initial 12-month contract being offered.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering security transformation initiatives multiple customers. You will collaborate closely with CISOs to develop and implement robust security strategies but must also be prepared to step into CISO-level responsibilities when required. This position requires a dynamic individual with a balance of pre-sales expertise, hands-on technical understanding, and strong leadership capabilities.

The successful candidate will engage with clients during the pre-sales phase to identify their goals, challenges, and security priorities. You will play a key role in translating these requirements into actionable roadmaps, strategies, and high-level security designs. Working alongside security architects, you will ensure that technical designs align with customer objectives and oversee the subsequent implementation of these solutions. It is essential that you can drive end-to-end delivery, from proposal to execution, ensuring the solutions deliver tangible value.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong technical background in security and governance, ideally having worked as a security architect or developer before progressing into leadership positions. While leadership and consultancy experience are important, it is equally critical that you maintain a hands-on understanding of security operations and technical implementations. You should possess a deep knowledge of industry frameworks and standards, including ISO27000, NIS2, NIST, DORA, and CyFun, and be able to apply these effectively within real-world business scenarios.
