Your new role
You will have theopportunity to work in a job that is flexible around your needs. Working forHays Education will enable you to work on a full-time or part-time basis tosuit your commitments. Your role and responsibilities as a cover teacher willalso include:

• Effectivelycommunicate the work set by the absent teacher to student
• Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they are undertaking set work
• Responding to any questions from pupils
• Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies which may arise

What you'll need to succeed To be considered forthe role of Hays Education, it is essential you have:

• Hold a Teaching qualification.
• The ability to manage groups of children and cope with challenging behaviour.
• The abilityto build good relationships.
• Experience of 40+ days in a school we can reference within the past 5 years
• The Right to Work in the UK
