Second Line Support Technician

IT Support Technician - Tamworth - £25,000 - £30,000

VIQU have partnered with a leading IT compamy in Tamworth who are seeking an IT Technician to help support their clients with their day-to-day operational IT support and development.

This is a multi site role so the candidate is required to travel to other sites depending on company requirements. This will be a mix of working from the office in Tamworth and working on client sites. These sites are mostly located within the Midlands.

Main duties of the Second Line Support Technician:

- To provide IT support on the client's site.

- Configure devices and set up rooms.

- Provide technical assistance and software assistance.

- To provide IT training sessions.

- Work alongside the Network Managers & Senior consultants to develop the infrastructures in the sites.

Requirements for the Second Line Support Technician:

- At least 1 year of experience within a 2nd linesupport role.

- Experience with Intune, Active Directory and Networking.

- MUST have a valid UK driving license and own transport.

- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure).

- Happy to be on client sites or in the Tamworth office five times a week.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
