I have an urgent need for an experienced Scrum Master for a 6-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing difficult stakeholders, along with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and Jira. you'll be responsible for guiding teams through 2-week sprints, facilitating retrospectives, and maintaining an organised backlog while ensuring strong communication and collaboration across all parties.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially with challenging stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and Jira.
• Expertise in facilitating 2-week sprints, retrospectives, and managing backlogs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
