Job Opportunity: School Administrator in Bolton
Are you an organised and friendly professional looking to join a welcoming school environment? We are currently seeking a School Administrator to join our dedicated team in Bolton. Position: School Administrator
Location: Bolton
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (with some flexibility)
Start Date: Immediate start in September
Pay: Up to £100 per day, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- Liaise with parents and carers to provide information and support.
- Assist the admissions team with student enrolment processes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage documentation.
- Support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a school administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
