SC Cleared Sharepoint Architect - Inside IR35

This position requires active SC Clearance

Location: Stratford (2 days on site)

Rate: £340/day inside IR35

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in direct business users interaction setup.
• Able to run and drive the business meetings/workshops independently with business stakeholders.
• Able to lead and guide the delivery team independently with successfully managing the technical and delivery KPIs
• Excellent business stakeholders management by proactively providing regular status updates, resolving blockers for the team, effective communications, etc.
• Providing consultancy to the client by proactively recommending solutions, alternate processes/approaches, learnings from the job, etc.
• Well-versed with Agile delivery methodology, requirements gathering and estimations.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent understanding of SharePoint Online - M365 technology.
• Very good understanding of Document Management features in SPO like Microsoft Information Protection - Classification, Retention, Permission model, etc.
• Very good with Modern SharePoint, Search, Client-side object model, SharePoint Framework Development, Azure PaaS services like Azure Functions, Webjobs, remote event handlers, etc.

Understanding of various SPO dev

You'll be required to support the business users with their queries around improving compliance status of their documents and also drive the momentum to improve the overall Compliance status of SharePoint DMS of the client suggesting trainings & approaches to the business.
