SAP Trainer/Content Editor

Our client is a large local government organisation and are looking for an experienced SAP Trainer/Content Editor to join their team. This initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate

You will

Trainer and content developer - SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Data Warehouse, SAP Finance, and Ariba.

Responsibilities:

1. Delivery of training. The predominant training delivery requirement will be to lead and facilitate guided E-learning sessions using Enable Now. There is a requirement for some in person instructional delivery at key locations and the potential for delivery of bespoke webinars or session support.

2. Content Development: Create engaging and effective training materials using Enable Now, including training manuals, presentations, E-learning modules, videos, and interactive exercises, for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Data Warehouse, SAP Finance, and Ariba.

2. Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and the existing trainers to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly training materials suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

3. Customization: Tailor training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of user groups ensuring that it aligns with business processes.

4. Quality Assurance: Review and update existing training materials as required to keep them current and accurate, reflecting any software updates or changes.

5. Multimedia Integration: Utilize multimedia tools and software to enhance the interactivity and engagement of training materials.

6. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from end-users to continuously improve and refine training content.

7. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of training materials, version control, and content libraries.
