SAP TMS Consultant (German Speaking)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a German-speaking SAP TMS Consultant for a remote project in Germany! You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP Transportation Management System within the S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP TMS solutions within S/4HANA projects.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop functional specifications to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP TMS and S/4HANA developments and best practices to continuously improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Participate in project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and project reports.
• Work with other SAP modules (eg, SAP EWM, SAP SD) to ensure cohesive and integrated business processes.

Requirements

• Roughly 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP TMS, specifically within S/4HANA projects.
• Proven track record of successful SAP TMS implementations, including system configuration, customization, and support.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP TMS with other SAP modules such as SAP EWM and SAP SD.
