SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager - English Speaking - 100% Remote Work. Start Date: Flexible, May 2025. 11 Month+ Contract Role. part time 50% (20 hours per week on average) - End Client!
Our End Client in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager who can supervise the SI Partner for a SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) and REC (Recruiting) implementation and Project Manage the SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
The focus of the role is Project Management of the following:
. Recruiting module
. Employee Central Benefit
. Cross-module coordination
. Acting as the main point of contact for two external vendors
. Leading all internal project management-related processes
Desired skills/Experience:
. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (ideally Recruiting and EC Benefit)
. Strong experience in managing external service providers
. Project Management experience within SAP SuccessFactors
. Strong organizational and stakeholder liaison skills
. Able to gather requirements with the SAP SF Consultants and direct them on implementation
Additional information:
. This is a part time role, requiring 20 hours per week on average, with flexibility needed, dependent on project schedules
. Role can be worked 100% remotely.
