SAP SD Consultant - Perm - Northwest

A job opportunity has opened for a SAP SD Module Lead. This role involves several important responsibilities:

- Leading projects and enhancements, helping users find the best solutions across different SAP systems.

- Setting up and adjusting SAP SD software based on business needs and writing clear documents that outline necessary changes.

- Providing high-quality support for SAP SD systems to internal customers worldwide, ensuring that service level agreements are met.

- Regularly communicating with end users and managers across various departments and locations.

- Assisting IT Managers and business teams in creating project proposals for SAP, detailing required time, resources, and potential risks.

- Teaching and training team members and end users on system updates and creating easy-to-understand internal documentation.

*Requirements:*

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, including working on full life cycle projects.

- Strong practical knowledge of setting up features like Sales Orders, Shipments, and Billing within SAP.

- Deep understanding of SAP SD, as well as knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and some experience with ABAP (a programming language used in SAP).

- The ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate technical concepts in a way that non-technical people can understand.

- A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

- Experience working well with different teams and managing relationships with stakeholders.

- Leadership skills to guide the business toward the best solutions.
