SAP SAC Business Analyst

Akkodis is partnering with a client in the Nordics and they are looking for an SAP SAC Business Analyst

End Date: 30/04/2025
On site near Copenhagen (hybrid work possible)

PART TIME CAPACITY - 20 hours per week

1. SAP Business Analyst or SAP Program Director - contractor to Support in defining a business case for an implementation project.

* Expected benefits (high level)
* The simple Business Case contains implementation of the POC.
* The more complex Business case includes answers to
* Simpler onboarding/Smarter ways of working with faster insights
* Sharing of "same data view " eg in teams
* Everything in one place/Single Point of Truth. How do we establish "one truth" numbers - today we have some issues between ECC ECCS issues - can we eliminate with a future landscape & Groupe reporting
* Opportunities for forecasting via ML based on previous years and knowledge of FTE forecast, PO's ect
* Understand IT structures
* infrastructure design covering future SAC use cases/Future design landscape
* Best approach for NN to implement
* Assess the impact of a SAC - S/4 HANA integration and timing of it (eg read data from S/4 HANA native database

We are looking for resources that can support us in two main deliveries:

1. Establish a SAP SAC sandbox environment incl. Building two dedicated reports
2. Support in defining a business case for an implementation project. This includes a simple version of the Business Case as well as a more complex one. We will like to get an assumed cost for both.
3. Out of scope - Establish SAP Datasphere

The detailed requirements are described below.

It is important to state that NN do not have any dedicated SAP SAC resources today, hence we need a team who can be self-structured and be the one supporting Novo Nordisk in insuring this POC becomes a mutual success. Therefore it will be appreciated if supplier already upfront can inform NN any dependencies or requirements they foresee that can prevent this to become a success eg, if supplier needs access to specific resources at NN side or access to SAP etc.

From NN side the POC will be staffed with the following roles:

* IT PM (part time) - coordination of activities across supplier and NN
* SAP SAC Solution Architect (New role) - coordination of IT activities - being onboarded/understand; the future IT architecture/landscape incl. how to operate SAP SAC, technical elements for an implementation and how to operate such a platform in a productive manner
* Finance SME - representing LoB requirements being the person who can guide the partner on existing reports (from super user point of view) and on future needs and desire
* UX researcher - Will run a validation with a smaller user group to validate if reports suffice expected outcome
* NN Analytic directors - involved to ensure the outcome fits with NN overall Analytical Strategy (for business case deliveries)
* Business owners and IT support organization (only for business case deliveries)
