SAP S/4HANA SCM/Logistics Transformation Manager - German Speaking - Germany (Various Locations). Start Date: Flexible (November 2024 onwards). Permanent Job. Salary from €140,000 - €180,000/annum + benefits.

Our World Famous Consultancy client is growing their digital innovation, design and transformation division and is looking to hire a passionate SAP S/4HANA SCM/Logistics Transformation Manager with a background and expertise in at least 1 SAP SCM/Logistics module (SD, MM, WM, PP, CS, PM, EWM) module and the ability to work with C Level executives of their clients to understand their business processes and guide them in how SAP S/4HANA can benefit their operations.

You must also have strong business process expertise in one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, Utilities or Consumer Products.

The role will involve:
* Operational management of (sub-)projects and interdisciplinary project teams
* Advising clients' management teams on the digitalization of their supply chain - end-to-end
* Answering strategic questions of an S/4HANA transformation around the when, how and what
* Design of customers' future operating models with S/4HANA or other platforms
* Development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases
* Creation and presentation of offers and service offerings
* Further development of the companies portfolio and leadership of colleagues

Experience Needed:
* Several years of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in the areas of SCM and logistics
* Strong Industry expertise (as mentioned above)
* First responsibility as (partial) project management for complex transformation projects
* Technical knowledge along typical end-to-end processes and their implementation in S/4HANA or ERP systems and/or other platforms
* Strong customer and result orientation
* Strong presentation and moderation skills
* Excellent knowledge of German and English
