SAP Real Estate Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) with experience within the area of SAP Real Estate (SAP RE). The PM shall have worked in the area of Real Estate and know the system and the Harmonization of the Real Estate process

Must-have

• PM is expected to have a large knowledge base and insight to the Real Estate module in SAP S/4.
• PM is expected to have a large knowledge base and insight to how Real Estate impacts the financial processes.
• PM must have organized a project like this before.
• PM needs to be independent and driven.
• English in speech and writing. Swedish or Danish a BIG advantage

Communication skills: excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues.

Problem-solving skills: be able to identify and solve complex technical problems and anticipate and prevent potential issues before they arise.

Team player: works collaboratively with other team members and other teams to achieve our goals. Cater for good collaboration within the team and ensure the team's work progresses efficiently and smoothly.

Good-to-have

• Knowledge of plant maintenance

Responsibilities/Expectations from the role

• PM is expected to create material for workshops, lead workshops and document the result.
• PM needs to be able to create an understanding within the business, able to explain the desired concept, create alignment within the business and produce decision material for the overall governance.
