Job Description
We are looking for PMO Lead for one of our clients.
Location: Remote (40%)/Brussels area (60%)
Start Date: 23.09.2024
Workload: Full-time
Duration: Until 31.08.2025
Skills:
- Strong PMO expertise with at least 5 years of experience in SAP project environments
- Proficient in project planning tools (eg, project, capacity, testing, cutover plans)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is a plus
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project processes, plans, and KPIs
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues
- Support integration, testing, and cutover planning
- Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Prepare progress reports and assist with key meetings (eg, Steering Committees)
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
