SAP Payroll Consultant

Location: Europe. Remote Working

Duration: Minimum 6 month Contract with possible extension

Are you a seasoned SAP Payroll specialist looking for a new challenge?

We have several excellent opportunities available for someone experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to join a leading brand based in Europe.

This is a remote working role starting in December.

We are looking for resources based in Sweden, Germany, Romania, Portugal and Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for translating the customer's design requirements and calculation rules in the payroll engine of SAP.

• Serve as technical expert for SuccessFactors (SAP's Cloud Payroll solution ECP)
• Translate business requirements
• Partner with business teams
• System Upgrades and Enhancements

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM payroll/ECP
• Experience in Payroll process knowledge - EU counties payroll will be a better fit
• SAP SuccessFactors ECP module
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of integration between ECP Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems.
